Taiwan Club

RMIT Taiwan Club aims to connect all Taiwanese students within the university, as well as those who are interested in the Taiwanese culture.

Welcome to RMIT Taiwan Club!

RMIT Taiwan Club is a social group for Taiwanese students at RMIT University to develop networking connections.

What do we do?

At RMIT Taiwan Club, we host all sorts of events, ranging from meetups to academic seminars for different areas of interest. We have also collaborated with other Taiwanese student associations within Melbourne to form the Melbourne Taiwanese Student Union (MTSU), providing on-going support for current Taiwanese students studying and alumni who wish to stay in touch.

Even if you are not from Taiwan, we welcome each and every one of you who has an interest in the culture and food of Taiwan to come along and explore our fantastic country!

Why should you join us?

  • We have two annual events inviting all Taiwanese students and alumni across Melbourne to come along and have some fun!
  • We have member discounts at stores around Melbourne! (and the list is still growing)

Click the join button on the right to join our email list today! We will send updates on events and any information about studying at RMIT. To find out more, please don't hesitate to ask us any questions on our email, and join our Facebook groups to stay updated! (you will need to answer some questions about yourself before joining)

COVID-19 Measures

(updated 24/07/2020)

Due to the ongoing situation of COVID-19 in Melbourne, unfortunately, RMIT Taiwan Club will not be holding any physical events for the rest of the year. However, we are planning to shift our events online via Microsoft Teams and other ways that we could engage with each other.

Hope everyone stay safe and sound during this difficult season, and we look forward to you joining our online community!
