HUMANITARIAN ENGINEERING RMIT

A RMIT Student Union Club for all Humanitarian Engineering students.

Description

Humanitarian Engineering RMIT Club Aims:
1. To build connections between RMIT students and humanitarian projects within NGO’s or other organisations
2. To educate future engineers about humanitarian engineering issues and happenings in the world
3. To promote humanitarian engineering as an aspect of engineering careers
We offer a range of formal and informal opportunities for our members to learn about and engage with this important but often overloooked sector of the engineering sector. Films, discussions, guest speakers, internship application writing sessions and social get-togethers of like minded engineering students forms the basis of our annual activity plan.
Full Membership is open to students studying engineering programs at RMIT. All other RMIT students are welcome to join us as Social Members. Associate Membership is available to all others. Annual Membership is free.
2020 Membership is closed as we prepare for our Annual General Meeting. 2021 membership will open in November 2020.
