HULA HOOPING
Hula hoop classes cater to all levels and total beginners. You will learn on-body and off-body moves and tricks, combos, hoop dance flow and hoopercise drills. Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle, a smile and a bucketful of playfulness! All hoops provided.

Mindfulness is a tool that can help you feel less stressed, able to accept yourself more and be able to rise up and deal with what life can throw at you and it can only take a couple of minutes a day!
